Prices & Confirmation

  • Prices are subject to change.
  • Final details of function (number of guests attending, menu selection, timing, account details) must be confirmed in writing, 7 days prior to the function. For last minute changes, the final number of guests need to finalised 3 days prior the function and charges will be made accordingly.
  • Date is booked and confirmed on receipt of a signed contract and payment of 50% deposit.
  • Corkage Requests is confirmed from Management.

Event Co-ordination

  • Assistance with all aspects of planning your function and advice on suppliers.
  • Any additional services need to be arranged at least 7 days prior to the function. This is subject to availability.
  • Menus can be changed according to guest’s requirements.
  • Children under 12 will be charged 50% of menu price. Children under 2 will not be charged.
  • Any special requirements, i.e. dietary, must be confirmed to the Hotel five days prior to the function.
  • No food or beverage can be brought to the premises without consent.
  • Beverage and Bar Facility
  • Cash bar facility is available. Clients to advise drinks requested.

Client is liable for any damage caused during functions.
